Returns

Preala jewels is highly confident in its products and services, and firmly believes in providing quality service to our customers, If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 60 Days and we will refund you 100% of the purchase price. We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

After your order has been shipped, certain options are available to you:

If you wish to cancel your order but it has already been shipped and cannot be modified, contact us before sending anything back for exchange.

Any jewelry that has excessive wear or has been damaged cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Returns will be refunded for 100% of the purchase price of your product. A free return label can be provided for return shipping if you are located in the USA. Please ensure when the package is given to courier that is it is scanned in your presence. Do not drop off any returns in drop boxes.

Kindly note that return and exchange shipping fees will be borne by you. The product should be returned to the designated address for exchange. In the case of returns or exchanges due to quality issues, the cost will be covered by us.
